Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview & Sales Restriction
ReviveLab (“Company,” “we,” “us”) operates an affiliate marketing program that allows approved affiliates to promote ReviveLab products using unique tracking links (“Affiliate Links”).
ReviveLab sells and ships products exclusively within Canada.
Affiliates may not knowingly promote ReviveLab products for purchase outside of Canada.
2. Product Classification & Intended Use
All ReviveLab products are sold strictly for laboratory research and educational purposes only.
ReviveLab products are:
Not approved by Health Canada
Not intended for human or veterinary use
Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
Not natural health products, drugs, or supplements
Affiliates must market products solely within this classification.
3. Eligibility & Enrollment
Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval at ReviveLab’s sole discretion.
ReviveLab reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate at any time for compliance, regulatory, or brand-protection reasons.
4. Mandatory Regulatory Compliance (Health Canada Focus)
Affiliates agree to comply with all applicable Canadian laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
The Food and Drugs Act (Canada)
Health Canada advertising and promotion guidelines
Competition Act (false or misleading representations)
Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
Applicable provincial laws, including Ontario law
Platform policies (Google, Meta, TikTok, email providers, etc.)
Affiliates acknowledge that peptide and research chemical promotion is a high-risk regulatory category and agree to follow all restrictions in these Terms.
5. Prohibited Claims & Representations (Strict)
Affiliates MUST NOT, directly or indirectly:
Make medical, therapeutic, wellness, longevity, anti-aging, weight loss, muscle growth, hormone, cognitive, recovery, or performance claims
Imply or state that products are for human or animal consumption
Provide dosage, administration, or usage instructions
Reference injections, oral use, topical use, or protocols
Compare products to prescription drugs or approved therapies
Reference doctors, clinics, patients, or medical supervision
Use testimonials or personal experiences implying human use
Market products as supplements, medications, or treatments
Implied claims are considered violations even if not explicitly stated.
6. Mandatory “Research Use Only” Disclosure (Required)
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously display the following disclosure verbatim on every page, post, email, video description, or social media caption that promotes ReviveLab products.

The products promoted are intended strictly for laboratory research and educational purposes only. They are not approved by Health Canada and are not intended for human or veterinary use, nor to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Failure to include this disclosure constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination.
7. Affiliate Relationship Disclosure
Affiliates must also clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with Canadian advertising standards. Example:
“This page contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links.”
Disclosures must be visible without requiring scrolling, clicking, or user interaction.
8. Approved & Prohibited Marketing Channels
Permitted (If Fully Compliant):
Educational content related to laboratory research
Brand awareness content
Organic content with required disclosures
Prohibited:
Paid advertising using ReviveLab trademarks or domain names without written permission
Ads or content implying human use or benefits
Email or SMS marketing that violates CASL
Influencer marketing implying personal use
Before-and-after imagery or results-based claims
ReviveLab reserves the right to require edits or removal of any affiliate content at any time.
9. Commissions & Payments
Commission rates, cookie duration, payout thresholds, and payment schedules are provided separately and may change at ReviveLab’s discretion.
Commissions are earned only on completed, paid, and non-refunded orders.
ReviveLab may reverse commissions related to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or violations.
Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes.
10. Tracking & Attribution
Tracking relies on cookies and technical systems that may be affected by browser settings or privacy tools.
ReviveLab is not responsible for lost or untracked commissions.
Unless otherwise specified, last-click attribution applies.
11. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved ReviveLab branding solely for Program participation.
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of ReviveLab.
Unauthorized use or modification of branding is prohibited.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time.
ReviveLab may immediately terminate affiliates for compliance or regulatory risk.
Upon termination, affiliates must immediately cease all promotional activity.
Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination results from a breach of these Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviveLab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or regulatory damages arising from participation in the Program.
14. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviveLab from any claims, penalties, regulatory actions, damages, or expenses arising from:
Affiliate content or conduct
Misrepresentation of products
Violations of these Terms or applicable law
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
